CMMI 5

Whats CMMI about

CMMI is more than a process model; it’s also a behavioural model. Businesses can use CMMI to tackle the logistics of improving performance by developing measurable benchmarks. It can also create a structure for encouraging productive, efficient behaviour throughout the organization.
CMMI Development is an integrated set of best practices that improves performance and key capabilities for organizations that develop products, components, and services.
  • What it means?

CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a quality model used in the software industry to assess and improve the maturity of development and project management processes.

  • Level 5

The CMMI-5 level, also known as the optimization level, is the highest of the five maturity levels of the model and represents excellence in an organization's processes.

  • Stable and flexible

At this level, the organization has established a systematic and continuous approach to improving its processes, using quantitative measures to achieve business objectives.

SCRUM

The team determines the key focus of the sprint and we create a plan for the workshop. We define a results-oriented strategy with a customer-centric approach, so one of the first objectives of the sprint participants is to define the pain points and user needs.

Agile

In service design we plan and organize the resources, infrastructure, communication and material components of the service to improve its quality and the interaction between our service providers and our customers.

Atomic Design

Is a visual identity system methodology that separates the entire process when developing visual systems in a more organized way using atoms, molecules, organisms, templates, and pages.
