Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum work experience of 3 years as an analyst in the Information Technology area.
- Experience in projects using agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience in technical analysis, impacts and risks of the solution.
- Experience in detecting and managing different solution options, gaps and opportunity areas.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and application of agile methodologies in projects.
- Participate in the definition of the Roadmap and MVPs, reviewing that they generate incremental value for the business.
- Ability to manage and supervise squads of different profiles (PM, Testers, Developers, etc).
- Identify and understand customer needs to generate technical stories in Azure DevOps.
- Ensure that the product backlog is prioritized, refined and distributed in deliverables.
- Preparation of functional specification documents, vision, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, use cases, AS-IS, TO-BE and user stories.
Desirable:
- Scrum Master certification.
- Experience using project management and tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project).
