Main functions:
- Crafting narratives, policies, procedures, rules, data standards
- Process interviews
- Drawing up data processing diagrams
- Information Quality Measurement of the Selected Domain
- Execute data cleansing, tracking, and quality monitoring
Experience required:
- 4 years: Data governance
- 3 years: Data quality
- 3 years: Managing Data Migration projects
- 2 years: Experience in Human Resources, Finance or Auditing processes
- 2 years: SQL
Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of DAMA’s framework,
- The Data Governance Institute or what is related to data governance,
- Knowledge in business processes such as human resources, finance or auditing.
- Using the Workday tool is a plus.
Necessary skills:
- Effective communication,
- Initiative
- Self-directed,
- Implementing Data Governance from the ground up,
- Run sessions with functional users,
- Data Migration Projects
Education: Systems Engineer, LAE
Important considerations:
- Work in a hybrid scheme. It is required to be in Nuevo León.
